| Next, enter the shipping and billing information. Products will be sent to the Ship To address. We ship via UPS or USPS for the majority of our shipments so post office box numbers are allowed. The Bill To address is required only if the Ship To address is not the same as your credit card billing address, (for example: if you are sending a gift or using a credit card billed to your office). We must have the address that your credit card is billed to. Attention: Please be sure to use an email address that will not block our email receipts to you.
