Help needed by Kurv team

This is probably in the wrong forum but I need some help from the Kurv team, sales team etc. I ordered the download of the project Viper I know it is in Lightwave, I dont have Lightwave but i do have Cinema 4d and i found many different ways of working round tuts from other 3d programmes.
Anyway i have sent thus far 4 or 5 e-mails to the sales team and via the contact us. This may sound a lot but i have not had a response from anyone in 5 days since these e-mails were sent.
I have hit a problem with the download project Viper so If someone from the Kurv Team could E-mail me or PM me, i could let them know exactly what it is and get some help.
Hoepfully the Kurv team will see this.

Okay, I have looked into this further and this is why we have not responded to you yet. We were still looking into the situation.

I was meant to buy and download the Avanced Modelling Project Viper.
Instead i payed for the Advanced texturing and rendering.

I have not downloaded it but is there anyway of swapping the two around. I dont own Lightwave but i do own Cinema 4d. I just want to modelling download and not the texturing. Hope you can help

I am totally willing to work with you on this but this is downloadable product... if this was a shipped product we would simply ask you to ship it back. But we can not refund a downloadable product or exchange, thats company policy sice we started doing downloads..

But we do want you to be happy and we do want to give you the benifit og the doubt that your not trying to get two products for the price of one.

I will email you a discount on the other training video to help you get it at a better price.
