I need the download links please for my purchased tutorials, both in Zbrush and in 3d Coat.

We sent the downloads already, please check your spam folders. In fact PayPal transactions are sent automatically, we dont have to approve them.

Yes, thank you I found them in my spam folder. However, the links have been disabled and I still can't download them. lol.
I just need them activated again.

Well, all I can say people is take note. I am trying to be understanding but am really just getting frustrated. If this is your idea of customer service, then you are better peps than I.
For 5 straight days I have been trying to get my download links re-activated, but am having no success. This is not the only correspondence I've had with this company, I've been calling and emailing as well.
In todays modern age I know that my messages have been getting through. I purchased these products, shouldn't I have access to them??? If you are comfortable with this level of customer service, then by all means have at it. I personally feel we deserve better.
Can you please re-activate my download links.

This is NOT an order number, and I dont think we can find you under DarkEdge.

We need information to be able to look up an order... name, order number, ect. The order number is noted on the emails you received when you placed your order. If you will get this to me or your real name, then I can help you.
