Hey Rich...
Thanks for the kind words - That's a nice pedestal btw - That approach is so good for all kinds of things, in particular I had originally started to look at using the same approach with the Rounder/edgebevel tools to build an old 1890's-style building...
Up where I teach, a lot of the buildings in the area are built between 1875 and 1912, and they all have a particular style, with plenty of ornate pillar-type parts along the top of the facades of the buildings. I never started that project, but its how the whole idea for the vid came about in the first place...
Like I say in a few videos, nothing is a definite way or method, they're more like a collection of ways *I* might approach things... Experimentation and application to other ideas is a great way to learn and create cool art!
Kev.

Kurv, yep, just finished watching the DVD, and I've got to say it's another winner from Kurvstudios.. Some very cool and simple tips there... Although my favorite has to be the texture information on the DVD... Very cool and very simple (when you know how), but it's so informative....
Whats Kev got for us next....
Rich
Awesome, great to hear!! Yeah, Kevin is something else. Were talking to him about some modeling videos... cant wait!!
