Hi

I purchased the Vehicle modeling DVD vol 1 a while ago, but never had the time to follow the tuturial. All the files were working fine. Recently I started doing it, but after watching some of the videos, when I try to access video file #19 and the rest the system hangs up and it says that it can't read from the disk. The same problem happens if I try to access the images and backdrops folder in the content section. So I'm unable to start doing it since I can't access the images. All the videos work fine, but it can't read 19 to 24. I checked other DVDs that I have and they all work fine. I was wondering if it was possible to send me the backdrop/images and videos 19 to 24.

I contacted Kurv Studios by the "Contact US" online form but never heard back.

Thanks

Abraham Rajan

Abraham, the reason we did not get back to you is you contacted us on Thanksgiving day (yesterday at 5:37 pm :) ). Thats a national holiday here in the US. We will get back to you ASAP. I got the email and I will reply tomorrow okay. You gotta give us a little time to respond okay :).

Thank you for understanding.

Hi LijoT

This is sad, but Wes is a very speedy person to help with your problem

here few things to test it in other way

1) have you the possibility to test it from another dvd drive?
2) have you check to copy the files on the hard disk?
3) have to check to play the files with another player (VLC from videolan) ?

Hi JJ :)

1. I have another DVD drive on my second PC and it had the same problem. Also, there're no scratches on the DVD since it's been safe in the case all this time.

2. Yup I've tried every way possible to copy the files to the HDD, but I end up copying vid 1-18 and then it hangs up

3. I've tried a variety of players including VLC, but when it comes to the last 6 videos, none of the software can read from the DVD. The system tries to access the files for a while and then hangs up.

The same problem happens if I try to access any file from the "content" folder, "demo software", and the "free" section, in addition to vid 19-24 :frown: but I'll be happy as long as I get the missing videos and the backdrops.

Hi LijoT

I had a time ago a similar problem, on 4 pc's works a tutorial dvd not correct, then on the laptop dvd works all fine!

When it help's and I got a "ready go" from Wes, I send you the files via mail or via another prog like ICQ/Yahoo/Skype
