Hi,
Just wondering what's happening with the new UK distribution bit of Kurv. We ordered some LW videos on 28th November, but so far nothing's arrived and I cannot find any UK contact info. It took less time to get stuff from the US.
The emailed announcement said that the UK and European distribution centre is in Cheshire. England. Cool.....so are we!!!!
OK, so they're maybe snowed under with orders, but when you cannot contact them easily and there's no follow-up email telling you anything, other than order confirmation with order number and cost and a thank you, I'm not sure what to do or how to follow it up ourselves.
Can anyone shed any light on this, what's going on, email address maybe, even an actual address and I'll go and get them myself.
