This video is 2.5 hours long and while it is done completly in LightWave 3D the techniques of this training can be applied to any 3D application.

Artist Profile
Dick Ma – is a LightWave 3D artist living in Hong Kong, China. He is an enthusiast who has been interested in 3D computer graphics and animation since he was studying in graduate school. After he finished his studies in multimedia design and technology at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University for almost 4 years, he devoted his career to being a 3D modeler and animator.
Dick Ma has been a Lightwave 3D generalist for over 6 years, specializing in character modeling with a clean accurate modeling and UV style. This DVD is his first training video to be distributed world wide.
Dick Ma's works gained the attention of foreign magazines – Chelonian was being published in issue 72, Christmas 2005 and Sea Warrior was being published in issue 83, November 2006, both in 3D World Magazine. Dick Ma was also interviewed by SpinQuad.com, the LightWave 3D enthusiats forum, in 2007.
Currently Dick Ma works as a freelancer artist and work on projects form companies all over the world. Dick Ma continues to improve his skills, learning other 3D applications like Softimage XSI as an additional tool his LightWave 3D workflow.
