DESCRIPTION

Poser Skeleton Loader is a layout generic plugin.

Load Poser skeleton from character "cr2" files in Layout.

USAGE

Select a Poser file, GeometryScale and Face To need have same values, you have set in Poser Mesh Loader, to import geometry in Modeler, currently no change.

Axis Correction Let this box checked for accurate pose importation,
this correction works well with human figure and a lot of quadrupeds, but could fail with other animals, without this option, LW bones are aligned to the Poser bones and the rig is usable in Lightwave but imported poses
could be inaccurate.

Load bone's HPB limits Angle Limits for layout bone's rotations.

With Reduce Rest Length checked, Bone's Rest Length is divided by 3, so skeleton is more discreet in mesh.

Pivot rotation and rest rotation values of LW bones define default skeleton.

The default "zero" key pose is not indispensable, even for importing poses with Poser Pose Loader, so it can be changed by user.

Notes:
Channel initial values are not applied in default "zero" pose.

At this state, you should replace "BODY" Null by Poser Character Mesh, with some adjustments made in Weight maps. WeightMapToBone lscript or other batch tool will complete your settings.

When ready to final render, with pose applied to skeleton, don't forget to triangulate object's polygons, where bones make heavy distortions or subdivide skin part of mesh in Modeler (Not recommended with high detailed Model).
